Barrel Aged Gin

  • 92 proof. 100% Wheat fermentation, double distilled with a citrus forward botanical blend, then barrel aged for over a year in new toasted oak barrels. The toasted barrels add vanilla, brown sugar, caramel and sweet oak flavor to this special spirit.

White Rum

  • 82 Proof. Unaged and clear, distilled from 50% blackstrap molasses and 50% Cane Sugar

Spiced Rum

  • 84 proof. Our 100% blackstrap molasses Dark Rum recipe, aged with orange zest, vanilla and a variety of spices

Apple Brandy

  • 80 proof. Fermented and Distilled from locally sourced, fresh Michigan Apple Cider. Perfumy and Floral.

Barrel Aged Apple Brandy

  • 98 proof. Distilled from locally sourced, fresh pressed Michigan Apple Cider, then aged in NEW toasted oak barrels for a year and a half. Big apple flavor over a supportive toast, spice, vanilla and melon aroma.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey

  • 92 proof. A blend of Michigan Corn, Wheat, Barley and Rye aged for over two years in new toasted, charred American White Oak barrels. A lower Rye and higher Wheat mash really let the barrel character shine through.

Maple Syrup Bourbon Whiskey

  • 96 proof. Our Bourbon was first aged in new Oak barrels for 6 months, then aged for another year in one of our own used Bourbon barrels that held Maple Syrup for a year. The strong maple character comes 100% from the barrel, with no added flavoring.

Port Wine Bourbon Whiskey

  • 120 proof. Our Bourbon Whiskey finished in our very own Port Wine Barrels for over 1 year. Cask strength yet smooth. Rich and dark with un-muted flavors of dark fruit and cinnamon under aromas of oak and leather.  

Single Malt Whiskey

  • 94 proof. Distilled from 100% Michigan Malted Barley then aged in used GLDC Bourbon barrels for no less than 6 months. A delicate,  harmonious blend of flavor and aroma reminiscent of baked bread and toasted nuts with a long lingering finish.

Rye Whiskey

  • 92 proof. Our award-winning Rye Whiskey is made from Michigan grown Rye (90%) and Malted Barley (10%) and aged for over 6 months in our used Bourbon barrels. Floral and slightly spicy this whiskey is wonderful in cocktails or sipped neat.
